Say hello to ..

Your postpartum bff

All the things i wish i knew before becoming a mom .. aka the things you actually want to know, not just the things they tell you that you need to know

Let’s get real for a second babes ..

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You're currently pregnant and you're equally excited and absolutely terrified about being the person that is responsible for taking care of another human.

You are consuming anything and everything you can – books, free courses, etc. – because you want to be fully prepared when your baby comes into the world?

You can't shake the doubt & worry that's creeping in (unwelcome I might add) the closer you get to your due date.

WELL, YOU SEE—I FELT THE SAME WAY.

I took all the courses and read a lot of books and yet I still felt completely blindsided by so many aspects of motherhood.

And I don't want that for you.

I wish I could tell you that it's possible to feel 100% prepared, but I can't. There are aspects of being a mom that no course or guide is going to prepare you for because you won't know until you're actually in it.

Like how your baby will like to sleep + nap, how they'll eat, their temperament ..

BUT I PROMISE THERE IS HOPE.

I created this guide to help you get to about 80% prepared AND make sure that you have everything that you possibly can in place & ready so that you can navigate those unknowns with so much more ease!

Repeat after me

I am already an amazing mama.
I am THE best possible mom for this tiny human growing inside of me.
I can lean into my mama intuition and cut out all the noise.
This guide is a tool to help me feel as prepared as I possibly can be to navigate life with a baby with more ease.

Introducing

your postpartum bff

My comprehensive guide to help you feel as prepared as you possibly can be when you're about to have a tiny human to keep alive!

I have to say this .. you already know SO MUCH more than you're giving yourself credit for. Yes it's true! BUT all the noise we hear .. whether on social media or from well-intentioned friends + family can bring up doubt and have you second guessing yourself.

I never want you to doubt your capability because you are capable. I have no doubt in my mind about that.

This guide is meant to be a tool to help give you the knowledge of what to expect so you don't automatically assume something is wrong with you AND also conversations to have, systems to put into place and some other tools to have in your toolbox so you can feel more confident navigating the unknowns!

Let’s take a look at what’s inside

↓

☾ 01

So before we even dive into the GOODS of this e-guide, we first have to get the facts straight because unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation out there and I don't want that for you so I'll be debunking quite a few myths for you.

☀︎ 02

The ONE thing that is so important .. EVERY BABY IS DIFFERENT. I'll dive deeper into what I mean by this and even share some personal examples to drive the point home. Oh and I'll be sharing an invaluable tool that could take some guesswork out of navigating life with this tiny human who can't actually tell you what they want / need yet.

☾ 03

There will be a deep dive into the following categories:
★ changes you may experience
★ emotions
★ relationships
(creating a support system too)
★ identity
★ sensory needs
(nervous system regulation)
You'll not only get the necessary information but tangible tools as well.

☀︎ 04

Oh and there's one more thing too .. unhealed wounds surfacing. I know that might sound a bit scary and I will say it was for me because I had no idea that could happen .. so while you won't be able to heal every possible wound before that sweet baby of yours comes, you can feel more equipped for when it happens.

"This PP guide is one every new (or experienced mom) NEEDS! Every doubt and intrusive thought a mom could come up with is covered in this guide, and I caught myself reading sections over and over again because it was describing my own postpartum journey I had with my daughter. From the unknowns, to unsolicited advice, body changes , anger / rage, expectations vs. reality, it really is all covered in this guide; it’s a must have!! I’ll definitely be keeping it handy to reference again after I welcome baby number two!!"

Ok, so how can i get access?

I’m not holding back and there will be no gatekeeping secrets for a later course. Nope. I lay it all out in this guide because honestly, I believe these are the things that absolutely NEED to be in the free courses you get through the hospital but they aren't.

You deserve to know it ALL.

And as much as I would want to make this for free .. your girl has to make a living too 🙃 but I still wanted this to be a no brainer for you (I mean I remember very vividly that having a baby is quite the investment) so this guide is only ..
